Design Features
1. Clean and environment-friendly: no oil in the working chamber, conducive to solvent and media recovery.
2. High vacuum: patented screw line, five-axis precision machining, ultimate vacuum 1Pa.
3. Patented shaft seal: non-contact, non-wear, reliable and durable, non-emulsifying lubricating oil.
4. Core rotor: rolled material manufacturing, high density, wear-resistant, scour-resistant.
5. High reliability: the bearings at both ends are fully lubricated, reliable and durable.
6. High standard configuration: G1 level automatic balance, 5 level gear, SKF bearing, German standard coupling.
7. Applicability: equipped with automatic blowing and sweeping device, can be pumped condensable gas and a small amount of dust gas
8. Substitution: can replace vertical reciprocating pump, water ring pump, slide valve pump, rotary vane pump and roots vacuum unit.
